Re-assembly

 Gearbox fitted after replacing both differential seals

 Both shafts had both cv boots dismantled, cleaned re-greased and put back together.

 New front ABS rings fitted to both shafts.

 New Ferodo Discs and pads front and rear with reconditioned calipers all round with replaced copped washer seals fitted to the brake pipes. Caliper carriers all powder coated matt black.

 New handbrake cables fitted and additional shot of the rear trailing arm bushes.

 Rear ABS cables fitted and secured by cable ties where the bolts where snapped and rear anti roll bar connected.

 Rear handbrake covers fresh from powder coat. 

 Centre section exhaust heat shield was cast alloy now powder coated black.

Exhaust rear box and centre section fitted but we held off fitting the cat until we could confirm it was a type approved version, which it was.

Heart transplant - time to install

look at those standard height arches....

Thanks to abs unit, its easier to put in without the gearbox attached.

Rear mounts attached to keep all solid

First CV done

Honest i can get this rusty mess clean.

This was as i pulled it off, no grease left at all!!!

New abs rings fitted 

Powder coated Lower water pipe looks like new part.

Middle and upper coolant rails also powdercoated.

Let the plumbing begin.

 
All water pipes that don't affect the fitment of the gearbox are done.
